Pricing, answered.
Do I pay per LLM call?
No. Generation is metered and budgeted, and every report is cached by the incident's content hash — you pay for a report once per state, not once per read. Cache hits are free.
Can I run it in my own cloud?
Yes, on Enterprise. Signum is self-managed or SaaS; operational data partitions by deployment, and customer-managed keys are available.
What counts as an incident?
One bound channel-to-ticket case. Re-reads, regenerations on unchanged logs, and historical reports do not add to the count.
Is there a trial?
